Chef Pepe Garcia
Chef Pepe has been known on the Gold Coast for cooking his amazing & authentic style of Spanish Cuisine at Pablo Pablo restaurant in Palm Beach a few years ago. People would love seeing him cooking paella every Sunday at the front of the restaurant creating a fun and memorable experience for his customers.
He then worked at Mavis Kitchen until recently, creating the new Fire Feast concept, cooking Lamb on the spit, suckling pigs and many more! Long lunches and weddings are his things, cooking and creating the whole atmosphere for large groups has been part of his journey. He prides himself of loving what he does and showing his knowledge and passion in every dish he cooks.
Pepe comes from an authentic Spanish family from Barcelona. His grandfather was a cook at a few popular restaurants in Spain. His relationship with Pepe was one of a kind, they would be together everywhere he went. Pepe would later follow his steps and just by watching his grandfather cooking every day and feeling his passion, he decided to become a chef too.
They would cook together and Pepe learned from him, that the best cuisine you can make, is the one that comes from the heart with a real passion for it. That’s why Pepe has traveled to many different parts of the world, observing and tasting food from different parts of the world to create his own version of what he calls ‘Mediterranean World Cuisine’.
Pepe has a beautiful family of two little kids and a Chilean wife that has also vast experience as a Sommelier and Events Coordinator. Together they work along to create a unique experience and show to their customers the passion and knowledge they have gain over the years travelling and working around the world.

We are in constant research on new culinary trends, so we can combine tradition, innovation, quality and sophistication.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
The Spanish catered our wedding recently and did such an AMAZING job. We had Tapas in the afternoon with Paella for dinner and everyone was commenting on the quality of food and also how much there was. No one left hungry that's for sure! The Spanish were such a pleasure to deal and I would definitely recommend!
